This Christmas, After Asana and Prague Yoga Collective are coming together to support Krabice od bot, an initiative that collects Christmas gifts for children who might otherwise go without.
Join us for an evening of yoga, good company and giving back. Alongside two classes led by Lisa and Alex, we'll be putting together gift boxes filled with presents to help make Christmas a little more special for the children receiving them. A chance to spend an evening doing something we love, while making Christmas a little brighter for someone else.

Join Us on the Mat
We'll kick off the evening with two yoga classes at Prague Yoga Collective's Rejskova studio. Lisa will lead a Rocket Yoga class from 17:30–18:30, followed by a Vinyasa class with Alex from 18:45–19:45.
You're welcome to join us for either class or stay for both. After each session, there'll be an opportunity to head into the studio's second space to put together Christmas gift boxes with the After Asana team. If you're joining both classes, you can stay and pack your box at the end of the evening.
Whether you're a regular at the studio or joining us for the first time, we'd love to have you there.

Packing Christmas Boxes
After each class, we'll move into the studio's second space, where the After Asana team will help everyone put together their Christmas gift boxes.
Each box will be filled with presents chosen for a specific age group and gender, with all gifts purchased in advance using the donations collected for the event. There'll be wrapping materials, refreshments, and plenty of time to put everything together.
Once packed, the boxes will be collected by Krabice od bot and distributed in time for Christmas.

What to Bring
All you need to bring is an empty shoebox! You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from the studio. We'll take care of everything else, including purchasing the gifts, providing wrapping materials, and having everything ready for you to put your box together.
The event is donation-based, with each completed gift box costing approximately 1,000 CZK. Your donations will go towards purchasing the presents, so please keep this in mind when deciding how much to contribute.
You're also welcome to bring additional gifts if you'd like. We'll share more information about suitable items, including the ages and interests of the children we're preparing boxes for, after registration.
About Krabice od Bot
Krabice od bot (Shoebox Project) is the Czech Republic's largest Christmas gift collection for children in need, organised by Diakonie ČCE. Every year, the initiative brings together thousands of people across the country to fill shoeboxes with Christmas presents for children who might otherwise have very little to open.
Each shoebox is filled with a selection of gifts, from toys and books to art supplies and other thoughtful presents, chosen to suit the age and gender of the child receiving it. With the help of volunteers, schools, and local organisations, the boxes are collected and distributed to children across the Czech Republic in time for Christmas.
Now in its 16th year, Krabice od bot collects around 65,000 gift boxes annually. We're excited to support this initiative alongside Prague Yoga Collective and bring our own community together to contribute, one shoebox at a time.
