Before booking, here are a few practical details about the retreat:

Price: 6500 CZK per person

Accommodation:

Single beds in shared rooms. The rooms are not allocated by gender, but if you have any specific requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you're attending with a friend or partner and would like to share a room, please let us know in the requests section of the booking form.

Travelling solo? No problem - you’ll make new friends here!

A limited number of single occupancy rooms may be available for an additional supplement. If you are interested in a private room, please get in touch before booking.

Your retreat includes:

• Full use of the lodge, including the garden, pool (non-heated) and fire pit

• All meals throughout the retreat, including a packed lunch on our hiking day

• 4 mobility and recovery sessions

• Transport to and from the hiking trails

• After Asana merchandise

Not included:

• Travel to and from the retreat location

• snacks for the hiking day

• alcohol

The lodge is accessible by public transport from Prague. The exact address and arrival information will be provided after booking. We will also create a WhatsApp group where you can meet other participants and arrange arrival/departure together by car if needed.

You'll receive an invoice and welcome pack within 24 hours, including everything you need to know before the retreat.

Please note that bookings are non-refundable.
